Common Questions
Usually we work with data exports (CSV, Excel, API feeds) rather than direct database access. If a live connection makes sense, we'll set it up securely with read-only credentials. We never need write access to your production systems.
Your data is stored in isolated databases on Cloudflare's Australian infrastructure. It's never shared with other clients or used for training AI models. You own your data, and we'll delete it on request.
Data Discovery engagements typically deliver within two weeks. Full Intelligence Platforms take four to six weeks from kickoff to deployment. The timeline depends on how many data sources we're connecting and how complex your data is.
If it exports data or has an API, yes. We've worked with accounting systems (MYOB, Xero), job management (ServiceM8, Simpro), POS systems, inventory tools, CRMs, and plain spreadsheets. If you're not sure, ask. We'll tell you straight.
